After only 2 weeks of having the cc installed, I am surprised at how much oil was caught. I put it into a typical small water bottle that has the ribs and it filled it to the first line - about a half inch.

The air/oil separator I ordered arrived a couple of days ago and I am very
pleased how well it is designed and the quality of the craftsmanship is
 also impressive. Thank you!

A short report.  Have 600 miles on the Can now.  Mostly Highway and boosted miles with some city stop and go driving.

The bottom of the can is now just barely covered, it just is a bit higher than the dimple in the bottom of the Can.  Had the Car out
this afternoon, 90 F and 56% Humidity.  The car usually starts to ping a little driving in the City downtown, stop and go driving, when it' this hot, going into full boost.  Not 1 bit of hesitation or pinging at all today and I tried.

After the 3 hour drive today not 1 problem at all with pinging.  I'm one Happy Camper.

> Another 300 miles and the bottom of the catch Can is now covered.  It sure has a nasty odor.  Car is running great, even in 32C weather and 82% humidity.  Not 1 ping so far and the awful odor is gone when parked in the Garage. I'm really enjoying the Catch Can.

Your shift knob feels more solid and I have more confidence shifting with it. I love the height that it sits at because it goes as far down as possible to meet the shift boot with the stock shifter. You are correct that you need to shift your hand position when going into 5th, but that doesn't bother me at all.  I really like this shift knob because it sits low, looks great, functions well  and enhances the look of my black interior. I hope that you consider selling these and I think that you will sell quite a few!

Thanks again!

"Hi Dave,

Wanted to say "Thank You" for the terrific shift knob. I really appreciate the effort and determination in making me a satisfied customer. I truly am! The package arrived Monday as promised and it was installed the same day! It's exactly what I pictured.

Hi!

Got the shift knob a week ago and had to wait for the adapter to come in before I could install it!

I absolutely LOVE this product! It fits perfectly, gives the interior of my vette some more blue and class!!! Its a one of a kind piece!!! So happy I stumbled across your site and will be telling my other vette friends! (Also, have no problems with the fit to my hand, I actually find it a lot more comfortable than the 'stock' C5 Auto shifter!!!)

Here are some pics!

Thanks again for this quality product!!!!

From Derek: (2002 Ford Mustang GT with Wine Red pistol-grip shift knob)

"Dave,

It fits like a glove on the shifter, it’s comfortable and it’s beautiful to look at it.  I love it.  If anyone I know even utters the word shift knob, I’ll be sure to throw them your email."

From Matt:

“I put mine on a Hurst short shifter and there were no issues. You have a great product that you do not see on every car; this makes it unique. I think you will get more business in the future so heat up those molds!”

From Dennis K. (Honda Civic with pistol grip shift knob)

"Well I've been using this shift knob for roughly 2 months now and so far it's been great. No major problems have emerged and, come to think of it, no minor problems have come up either.
The fit and finish of the knob are excellent. I've never actually held a shift knob that fits so nicely in my hand. It's very comfortable; the mold is practically perfect.
My main concern before actually receiving the shift knob was it's integrity in extreme cold weather, due to it being constructed of plastic. I had my doubts. I thought for sure it would crack or become brittle in subzero temperatures but this was definitely not the case. The plastic is only moderately cold to the touch even after sitting in temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius for several hours.
Overall, this shift knob is great! If I had to do it again, I'd definitely buy another one, and as weird as it is to say, I've never actually held a shift knob that was so comfortable to hold. You'll have to try it to know what I'm talking about."

From Pat (2000 C5 Corvette with A4)

"I did receive it and it installed perfectly. It fits flush to the adapter with no gap. The pictures on your website don't do it justice. It is more a work of art than a shift knob. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner.
Good luck. Pat"

From Bill (C5 Corvette MN6 with crystalline black spherical shift knob) "I put the new knob on and took it to the show tonight, it looks great !!!!!!!  You're right, in bright light it does have a slight red tint to it, I couldn't be happier :-)"

From Tom: (C5 Corvette with Cobalt Blue pistol-grip shift knob with 6-speed shift pattern)

“I drove the car for the first time with the new knob. I was very pleased with how it felt. Using it, as I think you described some time ago, with my little finger curled comfortably around and underneath the collar. My thumb lay across the top, pointing along the velocity vector, and my index finger curled (horizontally of course) around the largest part of the bulge. My other fingers obviously fit nicely around the midsection of the knob.
This hand position gave me more control than I have yet experienced with the MN6; one of my biggest complaints with the C5 was thereby removed! Well done sir!”
